Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guideline 8th ASM InaHRS

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English via website ONLY. Abstracts received by email or any medias will not be accepted.
  2. Your abstract will be automatically corrected and edited according to Indonesia Heart Rhythm Society submission format when you’ve submitted it online. It’s abstract’s respective authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them.
  3. Title should be coherent and indicate the content of the abstract. Abstract titles should be concise and should not contain abbreviations. Please use correct Title Case and make sure to bold the entire title.
  4. The submitting author is automatically designed as the primary/presenting author. List of author(s), institute(s), city, and country should be written immediately below the title. Institute(s), city, and country should be written in Italic and Authors name should be listed by initials followed by surname only. First author name should be underlined.

  5. Each abstract should not exceed 350 words.
  6. The research abstract content should be organized in following structure:
    a) Background and Objective
    b) Method
    c) Result
    d) Conclusion
    e) Keywords. A maximum of six keywords may be submitted.
  7. Abstract can be from a case report or case series with recommended content as follow:
    a) Introduction
    b) Case Description
    c) Discussion
    d) Conclusion
    e) Keywords. A maximum of five keywords may be submitted.
  8. Supported file formats are MS Word and Word Document (.doc or .docx); other file formats will not be processed. If any, figures and tables must be embedded in the Word file. The maximum numbers figures and/or tables are 2 for each abstract.
  9. Each abstract may only have one figure and one table, provided that they add value to the content.
  10. The Deadline of Abstract Submission will be on July 13, 2020. If your abstract is accepted, there will be notification to the presenting author and correspondence author via E-mail no later than August 11, 2020.
  11. Upon acceptance of your abstract, the presenting author is expected to register and present the abstract at the Oral Session or Poster Presentation. The abstract will be published in the congress abstract book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by August 12, 2020.
  12. Only up to 10 authors including presenting author will be listed in the abstract book.

  14. You may not submit abstracts that have been published in any journals.
  15. The Final Decision whether your abstract will be on Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation will be Scientific Committee's authority.
