Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted in English exclusively via the InaHRS Meeting 2025 website. Abstracts submitted via email or any other media will not be accepted.
  2. Your abstract will be automatically formatted and corrected according to the Indonesia Heart Rhythm Society submission guidelines when submitted online. It is the author's responsibility to review and revise their submissions accordingly.
  3. Formatting Requirements:

    Research/Review/ Meta-Analysis

    1. Abstracts must be uploaded on A4-sized paper using Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
    2. Use Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, and single line spacing.
    3. Each abstract should not exceed 350 words.
    4. The abstract title must be in sentence case, bolded, and without abbreviations.
    5. Author(s) names, institution(s), city, and country should be listed immediately below the title. Institutions, city, and country should be italicized, and author names should be listed with initials followed by the family name only. The first author’s name must be underlined.
      • Example: E. J. Hendi1, P. John2, A. Kristian3 b.
      • 1Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia; 2National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita, Jakarta, Indonesia; 3Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pandjajaran, Bandung, Indonesia
    6. The abstract body must follow these structures
      • Background and aims
      • Materials and methods
      • Results
      • Conclusion
      • Keyword
    7. Each abstract may only have one figure or one table.

    Case Report

  4. The Deadline of Abstract Submission Will Be on July 15, 2025.
  5. If your abstract is accepted, notification will be sent to The Presenting Author Via Email.
  6. After notification, you will be registration as Abstract Submission
  7. Upon notification, the presenting author must register and attend the Oral or Poster Session. Abstracts will only be published in the congress abstract book if the presenting author has registered and completed the full payment by August 30, 2025.
  8. Additional Policies:
    • Refund Policy: Authors who register before the announcement of abstract acceptance will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
  9. Accepted Abstracts will be Published in Indonesian Journal of Cardiology (IJC)
  10. You may not submit abstracts that have been published in any journals.
  11. The final decision regarding Oral or Poster Session placement rests with the Scientific Committee.
