Guidelines

1. All abstracts must be submitted in English via InaHRS Meeting 2026 website ONLY. Abstracts received by email or any medias will not be accepted.
2. Your abstract will be automatically corrected and edited according to Indonesia Heart Rhythm Society submission format when you’ve submitted it online. It authors responsibility to review the submissions and correct them.
3. Formatting Requirements:

   Research/Review/ Meta-Analysis

   1. The abstract must be uploaded using an A4 paper size in format of Microsoft Word (.docx), Font type Times News Roman, size 12 pt and single line spacing
   2. Each abstract should not exceed 350 words
   3. Abstract title in sentence case, bold the entire title and avoid abbreviation.
   4. List of author(s), institution(s), city, and country should be written immediately below the title. Institute(s), city, and country should be written in Italic and Authors name should be listed by initials followed by family name only. First author name should be underlined.
      • Example: E. J. Hendi¹, P. John², A. Kristian³ b.
      • ¹Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia; ²National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita, Jakarta, Indonesia; ³Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pandjajaran, Bandung, Indonesia
   5. The abstract body for Research/Review must be structures as below:
      • Background and aims
      • Materials and methods
      • Results
      • Conclusion
      • Keyword
   6. Each abstract may only have one figure or one table.

   Case Report

   1. The abstract must be uploaded using an A4 paper size in format of Microsoft Word (.docx), Font type Times New Roman, size 12 pt and single line spacing.
   2. Each abstract should not exceed 350 words
   3. Abstract title in sentence case, bold the entire title and avoid abbreviation.
   4. List of author(s), institution(s), city, and country should be written immediately below the title. Institute(s), city, and country should be written in Italic and Authors name should be listed by initials followed by family name only. First author name should be underlined.
      • Example: E. J. Hendi¹, P. John², A. Kristian³ b.

   5. The abstract body for Case Report must be structures as below:
      • Background
      • Case Illustration
      • Conclusion
      • Keyword
   6. Each abstract may only have one figure or one table.
4. The Deadline of Abstract Submission Will Be on June 15, 2026.
5. If Your Abstract Is Accepted, There Will Be Notification to The Presenting Author and Correspondence Author Via Email.
6. After notification, you will be registration as Abstract Submission
7. Upon acceptance of your abstract, the presenting author is expected to register and present the abstract at the Oral Session or Poster Session. The abstract will be published in the congress abstract book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by July 31, 2026.
8. Accepted Abstracts will be Published in Indonesian Journal of Cardiology (IJC)
9. You may not submit abstracts that have been published in any journals.
10. The Final Decision whether your abstract will be on Oral Presentation or Poster Session will be Scientific Committee's authority.
